Unlike other fragrance brands, we offer a love it or return it guarantee. We will accept any fragrance returns that have had 1-3 sprays from the bottle. After a couple of sprays if you don't love your fragrance you can easily return it to us within 14 days. 

The terms for any returns under our 100% satisfaction guarantee:

If you have purchased your 50ml fragrance in a bundle or volume deal (eg. 3 bottles for $X) the following applies:
A bundle or volume deal means you received a discount for buying more than one fragrance. The deal you have received will vary depending on when you purchased. 
If you choose to receive your refund as a store credit you will receive 100% of the bottle price back in your credit. 
Example for store credit return:
1. You purchased 3 bottles for $150
2. You return one bottle
3. You receive $50 store credit
If you choose a refund to your payment method you will not receive 100% of the bottle price back (unless you are returning all fragrances purchased in the bundle deal). Any fragrances you keep will be charged to you at the full retail price. Therefore, you will only receive the difference (if there is any). 
The reason for this is that you only received the discount due to buying a higher volume of product. If you return one or more of your products, you have no longer purchased a higher volume.
Example for return for refund to original payment method:
1. You purchased 3 bottles for $150
2. You return one bottle
3. The original bottle price was $75
4. You keep 2 x bottles originally priced at $75 each = Total $150
5. You receive $0 return
Second example for return for refund to original payment method:
1. You purchased 3 bottles for $150
2. You return 2 bottles
3. The original bottle price was $75
4. You keep 1 x bottles originally priced at $75
5. You receive $75 return

Other 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

  • This guarantee only applies to 50ml bottles (sample and travel bottles not included)
  • We do not offer refunds and returns for change of mind on our samples bottles or sample packs or sets. Any bundle or individual samples cannot be returned. Faulty products are different.
  • We do not refund any original shipping costs (for orders that did not meet our free shipping) or payment processing fees
  • You will be liable for the return shipping cost to us.
  • We only accept returns that have had between 1 & 3 sprays used (and we do accurately measure this)
  • A photo of the product must be sent to us to show the product packaging and bottle before a return can be initiated
  • The return must be lodged via email and your return tracking number emailed to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. The delivery date will be determined by the date stated from the original carrier or postal service.
  • Only 1 return under this guarantee can be created per order. If you are returning more than 1 product you will need to do so as one return.

Please note: We do recommend you order our sample packs if you are wanting to test out a few fragrances. This is the easiest and hassle free way to do this.

To initiate a return under our 100% satisfaction guarantee:

Returned products must be in perfect condition with their original packaging.

Step 1. Email us at help@cultfragrances.com.au with your order number and your reason for return + a list of the items you will be returning + a photo of the item that also includes the packaging.

Step 2. Post your items back to us in their original packaging to:
Warehouse 6, 8 Mussel Court. Huskisson NSW 2540

The customer is liable for the return postage fee.

Step 3. Once we receive the items and have inspected them we will issue you a refund or store credit within 48hours (Mon - Fri) - should we be happy these items are in a 'perfect condition'. This refund or store credit will return to the original payment method from which you paid for your order. This refund will not include the original shipping fee or the payment processing fees.

Step 4. Please note that store credit will be issued as a gift card unless you otherwise stated in your return that you would prefer a refund. Allow up to 14 days to receive your refund or store credit (depending on your payment method and bank).

Please be aware that in order for a refund or store credit to be issued - both the product and any product packaging must be in perfect condition. This means no marks, rips, bending to the packaging or product.

Please carefully pack the item into a box and include sufficient padding around the item and any packaging.

Please do not squash the product packaging or product into a box or bag that is too small and will damage the item.

If the item has been poorly packed and arrives with damaged. A refund or store credit will not be issued.

If the item does not arrive in perfect/unused/new condition you will have the choice to pay for postage for the item to be returned to you. We will not endeavour any return postage costs for damaged products or damaged packaging.

Otherwise, once we have received the item in perfect condition (including product packaging) we will issue you a refund or store credit.


Faulty Products

In the unusual case that there is a manufacturing issue or fault with your product. Please email us at help@cultfragrances.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps. We will endeavour to replace the item at no cost to you. If this is not possible for some reason (limited edition products or re-stocking issues) a full refund will be given. If we require you to post us back the defective product - we will email you a return shipping label. The shipping will be at no cost to you.
